Domestic Shipping Across Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide using Australia Post’s national delivery network. This allows us to provide reliable tracking and delivery to metropolitan, regional, and many remote areas across the country.

Delivery Time Estimates

The delivery estimates displayed during checkout are provided by Australia Post and should be treated as an indication only. Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are entirely dependent on Australia Post’s network and service levels.

While we dispatch orders promptly, we cannot guarantee Australia Post’s delivery times.

Order Processing Times

Before your parcel is shipped, our team carefully prepares, packs, and dispatches your order.

Our typical processing times before your order is shipped are:

• Regular Post: 1–3 business days
• Express Post: Usually within 1 business day

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during periods of high order volumes, particularly:

• Before weekends
• Long weekends
• Public holidays
• Promotional sales or busy periods

Orders placed during these times may be dispatched towards the longer end of the estimated processing timeframe.

Business Shutdown Periods

Throughout the year, we may temporarily close for events such as:

• Annual stocktake
• Christmas and New Year holidays

Whenever these planned shutdowns occur, we will publish the dates on our website in advance so customers are aware before placing an order.

During these periods, our warehouse is closed and orders cannot be packed or dispatched until we reopen. This may result in additional delivery delays, and we appreciate your patience during these times.

Safe Delivery of Your Order

Our goal is to have your parcel delivered safely to your nominated shipping address.

Where appropriate—or if specifically requested—we can arrange for your parcel to be sent with Signature on Delivery.

If nobody is available to sign for the parcel, Australia Post will typically redirect it to your nearest Post Office for collection. You will receive notification from Australia Post advising where and when your parcel can be collected.

Please Provide a Valid Australian Mobile Number

To ensure you receive important delivery notifications and tracking updates, we strongly recommend providing a valid Australian mobile phone number when placing your order.

Australia Post may use this number to send delivery updates, collection notifications, or other important information relating to your shipment.

Double Check Your Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately before completing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Australia Post may be unable to deliver your parcel. In these situations, the parcel is generally returned to The Dental Market, which can result in additional delays and may require redelivery arrangements.

3. Click on the Orders tab.
4. Find your most recent order.
5. Click Track to view your shipment’s latest tracking information.

If you’re unable to locate your tracking information or are having trouble accessing your account, don’t worry.
