What personal data we collect and why we collect it?
Personal Information
We collect your name, address, email and phone number as part of your account creation to be able to interact and send orders to you. If you wish to remain anonymous, you should choose to use an anonymous name and a P.O.Box address (as long as the address accepts postal deliveries).
We use Stripe which inherently collects your personal details including your card details. They only reveal a masked card number along with other card information on file. We do not use this information except when we have to refund or revert any payments to you.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Any Form data
When you submit a contact form or a request to return an item, we collect basic details including your personal information and order information to contact you and process your refund if required.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Analytics
Our website collects some basic analytics such as device information, geographical information, and other information necessary for us to make personalised content for you.
Who we share your data with?
We do not share your details with any third parties except with technical integrations that help us run our online platform.
We only disclose your information with law enforcement agencies and legal counsel when formally requested at the behest of any legal enquiries made by said parties.
How long we retain your data?
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
We retain this information for a minimum of 7 years post inactivity.
What rights you have over your data?
If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
